Success will come from helping strengthen internal design capabilities, supporting development initiatives, solving problems across multiple disciplines, and becoming a trusted advisor within the business.The Role: Project ManagerIn this role, you will spend most of your time coordinating development and design initiatives, managing external consultants and stakeholders, supporting approvals and planning activities, and bringing architectural capabilities in-house.You will work closely with ownership, construction leadership, consultants, and municipal stakeholders while helping drive outcomes related to development planning, design coordination, project execution, and organizational growth.This role balances technical project leadership with broader development and strategic responsibilities, providing visibility and influence well beyond a traditional project management function.What You'll BringRequired:
- Experience leading projects within residential construction, development, design, architecture, or a related field.
- Experience working with CAD-based design environments (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of residential construction and development processes.
- Strong architectural skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, build relationships, and operate effectively across multiple disciplines.
Highly Valued:
- BCIN designation or progress toward BCIN certification.
- Architectural or drafting background.
- Civil engineering exposure.
- Land development experience.
- Development approvals experience.
- Consultant and stakeholder management experience.
