What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte Canada is seeking an experienced Manager specializing in Supply Chain Planning to join our consulting team based in Canada. As a Manager, you will leverage your deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and significant hands-on experience implementing planning solutions (such as RELEX, Blue Yonder, Oracle Retail, SAP Retail, SAP IBP, or similar platforms). You will lead end-to-end planning diagnostics, drive process design for planning transformation projects, manage client relationships, and provide strategic and practical insights to help clients improve performance.

Join our dynamic, high-performance team of approximately 150 Supply Chain experts dedicated to driving transformation across Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Our professionals collaborate closely, travel globally, and leverage diverse perspectives to deliver innovative, impactful solutions for clients.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

• 6+ years of retail planning experience, including Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Space Planning, Pricing & Promotions, Markdown Optimization, Demand Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment.
• Experience leading retail planning transformations, from current-state assessment and process design through solution implementation and change adoption.
• Strong expertise in retail and consumer products, including grocery, specialty retail, apparel, and consumer goods organizations.
• Hands-on experience with planning platforms such as RELEX, Blue Yonder, Oracle Retail, SAP Retail, SAP IBP, or similar solutions.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience designing planning processes and improving KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, service levels, and gross margin.
• French language skills are preferred to support clients located in Quebec.
• Willingness to travel within Quebec and across Canada

Quebec Locations: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
