Job description
Our client, an architectural firm, is looking for a Service Proposals Manager.
- Monitor and analyze public solicitations;
- Plan and coordinate the preparation of service proposals, from requirements analysis through submission;
- Collaborate with various teams to gather, organize, and validate information;
- Draft, adapt, and refine content to highlight the firm's expertise and achievements;
- Ensure the quality, consistency and professional presentation of documents;
- Keep project files, CV and the document repository up to date;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, processes and templates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning or a related field;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience;
- Experience in the field of construction-related professional services (architecture, engineering, urban planning);
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, particularly Word and Excel;
- Asset: Knowledge of Adobe InDesign;
- French, writing skills and a working knowledge of spoken English for projects outside Quebec.
