Business Transformation Architect - D365/Power Platform

We are seeking a Senior Business Transformation Architect (Level 3) to lead business architecture, process design, and change enablement for a large-scale digital web portal transformation initiative. This role acts as the key bridge between executive strategy and technical execution across the enterprise Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Business Architecture & Process Strategy: Define critical success factors, target business architecture, end-to-end process workflows, and organizational mapping.
- Technical Solution Strategy: Provide architectural guidance and solution alignment across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Entra, and Copilot integrations.
- Organizational Change Enablement: Conduct detailed change impact analyses, evaluate organizational alignment needs, and design comprehensive change management frameworks.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead executive presentations, facilitate cross-functional alignment sessions, and guide discussions across business and technical teams.
- Training & Enablement Coordination: Establish cross-departmental training strategies and support governance frameworks to ensure smooth platform adoption.

Qualifications
Valid Secret level Security Clearance
Reside within Canada (REMOTE work)
10+ years of documented experience as a Business Transformation Architect
Recognized professional architecture certification is preferred not necessary
Proven recent experience designing and building solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Entra, Copilot, and Azure.
Enterprise Background: Strong preference for candidates with significant enterprise private sector experience.
