Sales Strategy & Reporting: Partner with the Sales Manager on annual budgeting, analyze sales performance, and manage pricing agreements and promotional lists.

Sales Team Enablement: Serve as the go-to resource for custom sales reports, daily inquiries, and high-impact executive PowerPoint presentations.

HR & Administration: Lead employee onboarding via ADP Workforce, manage group benefits with Sun Life, and maintain distributor agreement compliance.

Daily Operations: Oversee web and inventory portals, handle bilingual translations (EN/FR), and streamline core administrative processes.ort seamless daily operations.

• Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel (data management) and PowerPoint (presentation creation).
• Concrete experience working with an HR management system, ideally ADP Workforce.
