Responsibilities
Bilingual Customer Support – Remote Assistance (Training Included) – Hybrid

Day-to-day, your role consists of:

• You will spend 90% of your time on the phone taking client calls—around 10 to 20 calls per day from construction companies experiencing technical issues with their electronic equipment. You will guide and advise them (95% of the time in English), interacting with English-speaking clients worldwide to help them operate their equipment in the field. For more complex issues, you may need to jump on a video call with the client to better understand the problem and provide easier guidance. (You will also assist them via email, handling 10 to 20 emails per day).

- Guiding and advising (95% of the time in English): Interacting with English-speaking clients worldwide to help them use their electronic equipment in the field. For more complex cases, you may conduct video calls to better understand the issue and guide them more easily.

- Making clients' lives easier: Using active listening and common sense to understand their situation and walk them through solutions step-by-step (just like helping a friend set up a new phone over FaceTime).

- Team collaboration: Reaching out to internal experts whenever you face a more complex question. You are never on your own!

- Staying on track: Following up on cases via email or in the internal system.

- Fluent bilingualism (French / English): Around 95% of calls are with an international English-speaking clientele. It’s the perfect opportunity to use your English every day! (You will communicate daily with English-speaking clients located outside of Quebec.)
