Bilingual Recruiter II

The Recruiter II is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for delivering full‑cycle recruitment across a variety of business areas including operations, finance, and light technical roles.

This role is ideal for a junior–intermediate recruiter (2–3+ years) who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys relationship‑building, and is passionate about connecting talent with meaningful opportunities.

This member will operate a 360‑desk, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle end‑to‑end — from intake to onboarding — while supporting a bench of approximately 20–25 requisitions at one time once fully ramped.

The role requires full fluency in English and French is essential for candidate interviews, hiring manager discussions, and offer preparation.

Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Act as a trusted talent advisor, leveraging data, market intelligence, and industry insights to influence hiring outcomes.
Leverage data, technology, and innovative sourcing techniques to drive hiring success.
Full‑cycle recruitment across intake, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and onboarding and create exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring leaders.

Conduct Hiring Manager strategy meetings to clarify role requirements and build recruitment plans.

Screen resumes and conduct first‑round interviews to assess candidate fit.

Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and manage all administrative recruitment tasks.

Prepare offer letters and ensure all compliance documentation is completed and uploaded.

Manage a requisition load of ~20–25 roles once trained. Manage competing recruitment priorities effectively by balancing multiple requisitions, stakeholders and hiring timelines.

Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive talent scouting and outreach.

Support small TA projects as needed.

Champion inclusive hiring practices and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a proven track record in corporate or agency environments.
- Experience hiring across corporate functions, such as operations, finance, or light technical profiles.
- Full professional bilingual proficiency in English and French (written, reading, and spoken) is required for candidate interviews, stakeholder collaboration, and offer creation.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); hands-on experience with Workday is considered a strong asset.
- Strong direct-sourcing and scouting capabilities, analytical and data-driven decision-making, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
