The successful candidates will work closely with the Chief and Council, and executive leadership to support the development of a modern governance framework and ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the company's commercial enterprises. Key responsibilities include evaluating strategic investments, overseeing organizational performance, and contributing to sound decision-making while maintaining board independence. The company values diverse perspectives and encourages individuals with the required governance experience and business expertise to apply, particularly those with a background in Indigenous business, economic development, or community-owned enterprises.
