Machine Operation: Prepare, run, and monitor fabrication machinery to hit output targets.
Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed quality checks and inspections on output.

Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Safely set up and operate shears, punches, and press brakes.
Maintenance & Safety: Perform daily equipment checks, routine maintenance, and workspace cleanup.
Blueprints & Software: Read digital blueprints using manufacturing software.
Production Control: Manage material feeds, program machine sequences, and track part flow.
Qualifications
Machine Operation: 1+ years operating fabrication equipment (punch, bend, shear) or CNC/brake presses.
Technical: Ability to read basic blueprints and technical drawings.
Computer: Basic proficiency with MS Office and standard software.
Safety: Strong safety focus in fast-paced production environments.
