Job Summary

This position supports the stand-up of a Global Delivery Hub, with capacity required to manage the demand file and onboarding for each respective vendor. The role is primarily administrative in nature, but accuracy of data is key. There is a need to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders, and the ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of work is important. The position involves end-to-end process management to review candidates up through onboarding completion, and previous recruitment experience dealing with resumes is required. The contractor will spend approximately 2 hours per day in meetings and will interact with both internal and external stakeholders. The contractor will not have access to any customer data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the demand file and onboarding process for each respective vendor as part of the Global Delivery Hub initiative
• Perform data entry and data maintenance accurately, ensuring data integrity throughout
• Manage external vendors, including onboarding responsibilities and follow-up
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Review candidates end-to-end through to onboarding completion
• Manage and prioritize high volumes of work during peak periods
• Review candidate resumes and match skills to job requirements

Required Skills

• IT recruitment background: 2 4 years of experience
• Strong administrative background: 2 4 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Resume screening: 4 years of experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude; ability to accept day-to-day responsibilities and remain flexible with tasks assigned
• Good communication skills, team player, with positive attitude and logical thinking

Education Requirements

• Post-secondary education required
• No certifications required

Required Experience

• 2 4 years of related experience overall
• 2 4 years of IT recruitment experience
• 2 4 years of strong administrative experience
• Technical recruitment experience including resume review and onboarding
• Proven track record on process flow; ability to review skills from resumes and match to job requirements

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• High-volume environment requiring strong ability to manage and prioritize workload
• Approximately 2 hours per day spent in meetings
• Interaction with both internal and external stakeholders
• Training period of 3 weeks upon start
• No overtime expected
• No rotation required

• Interview process: One-round panel discussion; in-person interview, 30 45 minutes
