Due to rapid Expansion we have 310T Truck Technicians – Heavy Truck Mechanic opening in the Service Division in Barrie and Road Service Technicians on the road
The 310T Truck Technician – Heavy Truck Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing Refuse and related vehicles in compliance with safety, ministry, and company standards. This includes diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, performing road tests.
Day Shift Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 full benefits pay rate $39-$44 hrly overtiem after 40 hours

Responsibilities
Complete service, maintenance and repairs to both Ministry and Company standards and procedures.
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently.
Minimize customer equipment downtime.
Repair waste vehicles, trucks and other vehicles, as needed.
Troubleshoot hydraulic/electrical systems.
Complete road tests on serviced vehicles/equipment.
Complete work orders.
Read and interpret manufacturer/operator manuals.
Qualifications
Familiarity with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and your responsibilities within it.
Experience diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently.
Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining hydraulic and electrical systems
Have and maintain a valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician’s Licence, along with any other required licences, and maintain a minimum ‘G’ Driver’s Licence. DZ License and asset.
