As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons, your number one priority is our guests. You help create a welcoming, fast-paced environment where people feel valued, supported, and taken care of—every shift, every day.

Working alongside restaurant management, Food Service Supervisors are a key part of the leadership team. You set the tone for service, guide your team through day-to-day operations, and help ensure standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness are consistently met.

What you’ll do

• Lead by example to deliver great guest service and keep the restaurant running smoothly.

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures so our team works confidently and correctly.

• Support daily operations by coordinating tasks, delegating effectively, and helping maintain compliance with Company policies.

• Perform walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open, ready to close, and ready for rush periods.

• Act as Cash Manager as needed, including opening cash register(s) and verifying cash at close.

• Partner with the management team to train, develop, and communicate with team members in ways that build retention and growth.

• Ensure quality, production, and service standards are met while maintaining a safe, efficient, professional environment for guests and coworkers.

• Support accurate coverage by helping with team member scheduling and shift readiness.

• Follow up on guest-related concerns as needed and help drive resolution.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support restaurant profitability.

Shift availability

You must be available to work all shifts, including Open, Mid-day, and Closing.

Requirements

• Tim Hortons experience is an asset

• Previous supervisory experience in Quick Service is preferred

• Must be able to lift 25 kg

• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude

• Flexible availability across all shifts
