This senior leadership position is focused on business development and sales, with a primary responsibility for driving net organic asset growth, advisor recruitment, and retention. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the advisor community, serving as a bridge between the advisors and the Head Office, and will be accountable for the execution of the regional growth strategy.
