This senior leadership position is focused on business development and sales, with a primary responsibility for driving net organic asset growth, advisor recruitment, and retention. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the advisor community, serving as a bridge between the advisors and the Head Office, and will be accountable for the execution of the regional growth strategy. The Regional VP will also be instrumental in promoting and supporting the adoption of corporate growth programs and strategic initiatives.
