Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Western Canada to play a pivotal role in the investment and asset management sector. This senior leadership position is focused on business development and sales, with a primary responsibility for driving net organic asset growth, advisor recruitment, and retention. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the advisor community, serving as a bridge between the advisors and the Head Office, and will be accountable for the execution of the regional growth strategy. The role demands a highly visible presence, regular business reviews, and the coaching of advisors on various aspects of their practice. The Regional VP will also be instrumental in promoting and supporting the adoption of corporate growth programs and strategic initiatives.
