Adecco is currently hiring experienced Audio Visual Warehouse Supervisor for our client in North York, ON , a leading provider of event production services, AV equipment rentals, live events, and production support across North America.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in the Audio Visual (AV) industry, warehouse operations, inventory management, and team leadership. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, supervise warehouse technicians, manage AV inventory and equipment, and ensure all event orders are prepared, tested, and delivered accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations & Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, coach, and support warehouse technicians and staff
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities
- Assign work and monitor productivity to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Support equipment turnover between events and productions
Inventory & AV Equipment Management
- Manage inventory control and equipment tracking
- Ensure AV equipment is tested, prepared, packed, labeled, and ready for delivery
- Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks
- Inspect equipment and identify repair or maintenance requirements
- Process returned equipment and update inventory records
Process Improvement & Quality Control
- Monitor warehouse performance and operational efficiency
- Develop and improve warehouse procedures and workflows
- Troubleshoot inventory, logistics, and equipment issues
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operating procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Audio Visual (AV) industry
- Experience with AV equipment rentals, event production, staging, or live event support
- Previous warehouse leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong inventory control and warehouse operations knowledge
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reach forklift experience is considered an asset
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence is considered an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
