The successful candidate will be a collaborative and highly credible risk leader with a strong background in the life and health insurance sector or a related financial services or regulatory environment. Responsibilities include leading the development and execution of strategies for enterprise risk management, operational risk, emerging risks, and regulatory developments. The AVP will serve as a primary point of contact for risk-related engagement with regulators and industry partners, and will provide leadership to key committees and working groups that shape industry positions and responses. The role demands a leader with strong technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to foster alignment across a diverse membership.
