Qualifications
Education
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
Dayforce Certifications are strongly preferred.
Relevant architecture, integrations, project management, or cloud certifications are considered an asset.
Experience
Minimum 8+ years of HCM implementation experience, including enterprise-scale HRIS transformation initiatives.
Minimum 4+ years acting as a Lead Architect specifically for Dayforce HCM implementations.
Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise HCM deployments from discovery through production support.
Deep technical mastery of Dayforce modules including:
o Core HR
o Payroll
o Workforce Management (WFM)
o Benefits
o Talent Management
o Advanced Analytics
Extensive experience designing Dayforce business processes, workflows, security models, and integrations.
Strong experience with data migration, data conversion, and enterprise application integration projects.
Demonstrated success delivering solutions within Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional SDLC environments.
Technical Skills
Expert knowledge of Dayforce HCM architecture and configuration.
Advanced proficiency with:
o SQL
o XML
o XSLT
o RESTful APIs
o Integration middleware platforms
Experience designing and supporting system integrations across HR, Payroll, Finance, Identity Management, Benefits, and third-party vendors.
Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, reporting, analytics, and workforce data governance.
Knowledge of cloud-based enterprise application architectures and integration patterns.
