Our client, a dynamic and growing company located in Ville Saint-Laurent, is seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join their team. This key role supports the sales department by managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and streamlining sales administration.

Responsibilities
Process, track, and manage client orders accurately from placement to delivery.
Prepare and distribute quotes, sales presentations, and business proposals.
Act as the primary point of contact for client and sales representative inquiries.
Maintain and update client records, pricing matrices, and sales data in the CRM/ERP system.
Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and billing departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
College Diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or B2B customer service.
Fully bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (intermediate/advanced Excel) and familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
Excellent communication skills, strong organization, and efficient priority management.
