About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial CMO to build and lead our marketing function as we scale. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, moves quickly, and knows how to turn great products into strong brands and sustainable growth.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define our positioning, build our go-to-market strategy, generate demand, and create a marketing engine that scales.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the company’s overall marketing and growth strategy.
- Define our brand, positioning, messaging, and market presence.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and the CEO to drive growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as the company scales.
- Manage the marketing budget and measure performance against business outcomes.
- Test new channels, ideas, and campaigns quickly, and double down on what works.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven marketing leadership experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth company.
- A track record of driving measurable customer and revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and executing.
- Data-driven, highly creative, and relentlessly customer-focused.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional leader.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and building from scratch.
