  • Foster strong teamwork and excellent employee relations, including prompt resolution of workplace issues and grievances.

  • Participate in developing and tracking action plans focused on continuous improvement of resident and staff satisfaction, occupancy rates, and the safety and quality of care.

  • Sales, leasing, and customer-experience skills.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and priority-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English.

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Experience managing a unionized environment.

  • Experience with all aspects of seniors' residence licensing/certification.

What's Offered

  • Professional flexibility and autonomy, with real room for creativity and entrepreneurial thinking.

  • Competitive salary and performance bonus program.
