Our financial services client is seeking a Data Analyst IV (5-7 years) to deliver analytics and AI automation solutions using Python, SQL, and large language models
Join a data analytics team working on impactful AI, automation, and insights initiatives within a banking environment. This role focuses on identifying analytics opportunities, developing AI-enabled solutions, and delivering actionable insights using Python, SQL, large language models, and AI automation technologies. The team is exposed to emerging AI tools and technologies supporting high-visibility initiatives across the organization.

Must Haves
- 5-7 years in Data Analytics and analytics insights functions
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and large language models
- Experience delivering AI automation and generative or agent-based AI solutions
- Stakeholder management within business-facing analytics initiatives
- Post-secondary education
Nice to Have
- Previous experience within a financial institution
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate
Responsibilities
- Partner with the business to identify and assess AI, automation, and analytics opportunities
- Design, prototype, test, and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and related technologies
- Translate business requirements and manual processes into AI-enabled agents and automated workflows
- Conduct process and data exploration to evaluate feasibility, data readiness, risks, controls, and expected value
- Manage assigned initiatives through requirements gathering, solution design, testing, documentation, implementation, and user adoption
- Provide data analysis and actionable insights for ongoing and ad hoc business needs
- Collaborate with business and control partners to support compliance with AI, data, risk, privacy, and governance requirements
