We’re a family expecting a new baby in November and are looking for a kind, dependable person to help us at home a few evenings each week. We’re primarily looking for an extra pair of hands to make evenings easier while we adjust to life with a newborn. Schedule Approximately 8–10 hours per week, ideally: • Tuesday evening • Wednesday evening • Saturday late afternoon/evening We can work together to determine the exact hours and would like to establish a consistent weekly schedule. What we’d love help with • Simple meal preparation/cooking • Dishes and kitchen cleanup • Laundry, folding and putting clothes away • Light household tidying • Helping with the baby when needed • Occasionally helping with other small household tasks This isn’t a heavy-duty cleaning position. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable moving between household tasks and helping with a newborn depending on what the family needs that evening. Experience with babies is strongly preferred. Reliability, good judgment, kindness, and being comfortable around a family with a newborn are especially important to us. We’re hoping to find someone who can become a familiar, trusted part of our weekly routine rather than using different occasional babysitters.
