Requirements:
- We are looking for a bachelors or masters degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related discipline.
- We want 5+ years of experience in a technology-focused role, with hands-on success building and deploying production-grade systems.
- We value strong programming ability in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks and clean, maintainable code in Python, Java, SQL, or Spark.
- We seek a solid understanding of AI and machine learning methods, including NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and agent-based workflows.
- We need strong data expertise, including data structures, data modeling, pipelines, and experience with both structured and unstructured data.
- We prefer hands-on cloud experience with Google Cloud or AWS; experience with Google Cloud and Gemini is a significant asset.
- We look for experience designing and working with A2A, MCP, Agentic RAG, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities:
- We will have you design and build end-to-end AI-powered applications that improve key insurance functions.
- We will rely on you to develop solutions for automated claims processing, underwriting decision support, fraud detection, and personalized customer service.
- We need you to develop and integrate AI services such as LLM-powered APIs, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration logic in secure, production-ready environments.
- We will have you architect and implement integrations between AI services and our core insurance platforms using API-first and microservices-based approaches.
- We expect you to design and optimize data models, transformations, and storage patterns that support performance, reliability, and governance.
- We will ask you to champion responsible AI practices so our solutions remain fair, transparent, explainable, and compliant with regulations.
- We need you to write production-quality code, review code, troubleshoot performance issues, and improve reliability, scalability, and observability.
- We will have you leverage cloud platforms such as Google Cloud for Insurance to build, tune, and deploy secure, scalable AI solutions.
- We expect you to lead AI initiatives from early ideation and rapid prototyping through full-scale deployment with internal and external stakeholders.
- We will have you collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, underwriters, claims adjusters, and product managers to identify high-value opportunities.
- We need you to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across data platforms, pipelines, and integrations, while providing hands-on guidance to teams.
- We will have you assess benchmark third-party and open-source AI models, including LLMs, RNN, GAN, and predictive analytics, for P&C insurance use cases.
