The Role We are currently recruiting for two experienced Pipe Welders to join our Fabrication Shop team.
We are looking for skilled tradespeople who are quality-focused, organized, and take pride in their work.
Please note: Both positions require specific, proven experience with Stainless Steel fabrication and welding.
Compensation/Benefits Competitive wage with excellent hourly compensation Overtime after 8 hours per day.
Benefits after 90 days of employment (50% employer paid) - vision, health, dental, paramedicals, travel Long term disability, AD&D, life insurance, dependent life insurance Weekly pay Duties/Responsibilities Fabricate and weld pressure piping, fittings, and vessels according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Maintain shop quality standards and adhere to all project deadlines.
Perform high-quality welding (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, etc.) as required.
Collaborate with the Shop Foreman and fellow tradespeople to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workspace.
Identify hazards and comply with company safety policies and legislative requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Education/Skills/Experience Journeyman B-Pressure Welder ticket.
Valid CWB qualifications (current and in good standing).
Proven experience with industrial fabrication.
For both positions: Demonstrated, extensive experience in Stainless Steel pipe welding is required.
Ability to read and interpret complex shop drawings and isometrics.
Strong troubleshooting and layout skills.
Safety tickets: WHMIS 2015, First Aid, and valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
