Description:
Enter data for quantities of parts issued & transferred out of the maintenance shop, inventory & cycle count adjustments, into the computer database.
Enter incoming parts into the parts room database & adjust quantities.
Record & monitor all items daily; notify appropriate personnel when material is received or needs to be ordered.
Initiate PRs to maintain proper level of inventory of all material as required.
Locate all issued items on the platform & notify appropriate supervision of their arrival & location.
Ensures correct identification/documentation of the same.
Off-loading of parts to appropriate storage areas.
Responsible for good housekeeping conditions in all areas associated with material storage.
Maintain accurate records/logs of all material certification & documentation which accompanies specific job packs to ensure work can proceed on time.
Check on materials received to verify accuracy of delivery invoices & advise discrepancies so that appropriate adjustments can be made.
Receipt & issue store items, maintain properly documented store records & carry out inventory of company plant & equipment as per company requirements/procedures.
Observe &comply with company safety rules & regulations.
