IT Project Manager - Real Estate Infrastructure
Location: Toronto, ON
Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid 2 days onsite (may increase depending on project needs)
Contract Details
- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 7 months (with potential for extension)
- Pay Rate: C$100.00 C$110.00 / Hour (CAD)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, core business hours; overtime not typical but may arise from time to time
- Travel Requirements: No travel required all within the GTA
Job Summary
Our team works closely with Real Estate, Business Lines, and Technology teams on initiatives related to Technology Installs, Renovations, New Builds, and Decommissions. Our focus is on enabling our colleagues' productivity through technology solutions which have been tested and certified as TD Enterprise Standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver small to medium real estate infrastructure projects: on time, budget, scope, and with quality
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring all are moving forward and prioritized as required
- Understand and map appropriate TD IT standards to Real Estate design
- Communicate with business partners, IT, Real Estate, and external vendors effectively and with respect
- Create artifacts as needed for financials, reporting, and presentation and store in compliance with team project repository
- Track with meticulous detail project task, schedule, risk, and budget status in all phases for every project
- Facilitate meetings, requirements gathering, build coordination, and communication
- Collaborate with Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to ensure project plans are well defined and executed
- Resolve challenges aggressively and creatively
- Coordinate technology procurement, logistics, installation, configuration, testing, colleague support, and decommissions when required
Project scope may include some or all of the following technologies:
- Telco circuit
- Wired and Wireless Network
- Audio Visual and Video Conferencing
- Workstation Technology
- Printers, Servers, Phones, and other onsite equipment

- Solid planning skills ability to plan a project, manage financials, and lead projects

- PMP certification
Education Requirements
- Diploma or Degree required
- PMP certification preferred
Required Experience
- 8 to 10 years of overall experience; 10 years of PM experience would be ideal
- Experienced senior PM background
- Experience with real estate and technology infrastructure
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Video conferencing and technology currency project experience
