Job Description: Bilingual IT Recruiter / Recruteur TI Bilingue

Location / Lieu: Montreal, QC

Language / Langues: French & English / Français et anglais

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilités principales

  • Source technical candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
    Sourcer des candidats TI via LinkedIn, les sites d’emploi, les réseaux sociaux, le réseautage et les références.

  • Develop Boolean search strings and use advanced sourcing techniques to identify active and passive candidates.
    Développer des recherches booléennes et utiliser des techniques de sourcing avancées pour identifier des candidats actifs et passifs.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and competency-based interviews.
    Examiner les CV et effectuer des entrevues initiales techniques et comportementales.

  • Build strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
    Développer de solides relations avec les candidats et assurer une expérience candidat positive.

  • Manage multiple IT recruitment requirements and meet hiring timelines.
    Gérer plusieurs besoins de recrutement TI et respecter les échéanciers d’embauche.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
    Collaborer avec les gestionnaires d’embauche afin de comprendre les besoins et développer des stratégies de sourcing efficaces.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
    Maintenir à jour les dossiers des candidats et les activités de recrutement dans l’ATS.

  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    Suivre les indicateurs de recrutement et fournir des mises à jour régulières aux parties prenantes.

Qualifications / Exigences

  • 3+ years of IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
    3+ années d’expérience en recrutement TI/technique.

  • Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing skills.
    Solides compétences en recherche booléenne et en sourcing avancé.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
    Expérience avec LinkedIn Recruiter, les sites d’emploi et les plateformes ATS.

  • Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
    Excellentes compétences en communication, en entrevue et en développement de relations.

  • Fluent in French and English.
    Bilingue français et anglais.
