General Manager

Jump Recruitment, on behalf of our client, A&W, are seeking to fill a General Manager position to join them at the Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, location.
Job Summary:
A&W Grand Falls-Windsor is seeking a strong leader who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable restaurant General Manager to join the A&W team!


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and motivate the team
• Provide excellent customer service
• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Schedule and support employees
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness and food safety
• Manage inventory, ordering and waste management.
• Help control labour and operating costs with various innovative initiatives.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure A&W standards and procedures are followed
• Work alongside the team during busy periods or when required
• Ensure proper cash flow and controls.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Upmost professional who leads by example and takes pride in their team
