The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement automated and integrated solutions that meet client requirements. The candidate should have a solid proficiency in software and web applications, experience in customer service or client-facing roles, and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with equity-related accounting, tax, and legal concepts is essential, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is a must. While not mandatory, certification such as CEP Level 1 and familiarity with stock plan administration systems are desirable.
