About the Role:

As a BOH Team Member at Sweat and Tonic, you will be essential to maintaining our premium fitness and wellness environment. This role focuses on ensuring impeccable cleanliness and operational support throughout our facilities. You'll be responsible for cleaning studio spaces between classes, performing deep cleaning of designated areas, managing laundry operations, and keeping all amenities fully stocked. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a pristine environment that enhances our guests' experience while supporting our operational team in maintaining Sweat and Tonic's high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean studio spaces between every class.
• Perform deep cleaning of assigned facility areas.
• Maintain efficient laundry operations, ensuring adequate back stock and alerting shift managers and supervisors promptly about any shortages.
• Assist managers with basic studio maintenance.
• Roll, fold, and stock towels for all classes and both locker rooms.
• Ensure all amenities remain fully stocked (facial tissue, paper towels, tampons, shower products, etc).
• Empty garbage bins throughout the facility as needed.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness of gender-neutral washrooms and locker room toilets and showers.
• Report maintenance issues and supply needs to managers.

About You:

• You have a detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on cleanliness and organization.
• You are a proactive problem-solver who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• You possess the physical stamina to handle continuous cleaning tasks and laundry operations.
• You are a reliable team player with excellent time management skills.
• You have a flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends.
• You have previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar roles (preferred).
• You demonstrate the ability to maintain high standards while working in a fast-paced. environment.
• You bring a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in service.
• You have a basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment.

This is a full-time, hourly position with a flexible schedule that includes a mix of weekday and weekend shifts. Weekday shifts may fall between 5:30 AM and 10:30 PM, while weekend shifts may fall between 6:30 AM and 10:30 PM. Team members will be scheduled for a minimum of 30 hours up to 44 hours per week, based on business needs and availability.

Compensation: Hourly, based on scheduled hours worked.
