Adecco is currently hiring a full-tine Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator for our client in London, ON .
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented warehouse and inventory professional with experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials management. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating the movement of parts and materials, supporting customer pick-ups, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
- Pay Rate: $24/hour
- Location: London, ON
- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Job type: Temporary with possibility of Permanence| Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Receive, ship, and transfer parts, materials, and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Perform inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
- Support customer and internal parts requests.
- Process parts orders and will-call requests
- Operate material handling equipment safely
- Support warehouse organization and inventory optimization
- Assist with freight claims, filing, and inventory documentation as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, parts, materials management, or supply chain operations
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Forklift certification considered an asset
- Valid driver's licence considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
