About the Dealership

We are a high-volume, fast paced Global Award Winning Nissan dealership committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a strong reputation in the community, we are looking for a motivated and professional product specialist to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Product Specialist you will be the face of our dealership – guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey with confidence, product knowledge, and a customer -first approach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and is passionate about automotive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable Nissan vehicles.
• Deliver product presentations and test drives. That highlight features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Follow up on leads through phone, email and customer retention management system (CRM).
• Stay up to date on Nissan product knowledge, features and promotions.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to close deals efficiently.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is considered a strong asset
• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales or delivery experience required
• Valid OMVIC license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
