Qualifications Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.Minimum one (1) year of experience working with the public in a customer service environment.Minimum one (1) year of experience balancing receipts, handling payments, operating computerized systems, and performing cashier or point-of-sale functions.Formal customer service training is considered an asset.Ability to accurately type a minimum of 8,000 numeric keystrokes per hour.An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
