Location: Montreal, Qc – 3 days/week on-site – 2 days/week Remote

Reports To: PMO Director / Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intermediate Project Control Officer (PCO) to join our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will serve as member of the project management team and support project managers by helping define the project's scope, defining the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), creating a schedule, tracking project health, managing financials, and ensuring strict adherence to project governance frameworks.
You will work closely with Project Managers and IT Resource Managers to optimize resource allocation, flag delivery risks, and maintain accurate project documentation. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, communication skills, the ability to help resolve issues and eliminate roadblocks, a willingness to work with a team to achieve the project's gools and a proven track record of supporting mid-to-large-scale corporate projects.
