Journeyman Carpenter

Roles

& Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day communication with project managers, all trades on site, and supervisors
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Run a 3-5 man crew while completing tasks
• Layout construction floor plans and concrete plans
• Complete carpentry-related tasks, including: framing, finishing carpentry, concrete foundations, and exterior cladding.
• Installation of windows and doors

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Carpentry certificate preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry
• Strong communication skills
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
