Our Client is looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to join their team. This role will initially focus on our Picking operation and will progressively expand to include Replenishments, Putaways, Loading, Receiving, and various operational computer functions.
The successful candidate will lead approximately 30 team members while driving safety, productivity, quality, and engagement. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational KPIs and service commitments are consistently achieved.
Pay: $33.00/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
