Part-Time Administrator

We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as a Part-time Administrator in Brantford, ON!

In this part-time, temporary role, you’ll help our client with administrative needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Produce the weekly bulletin
• Answer the door and greet visitors
• Answer the phone, take messages, route them to the right person
• Monitor the administration inbox and flag anything needing attention to whoever it concerns
• Update the calendar for community groups

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous administrative experience
• Excellent MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Details:
• Pay Rate: $25/hour
• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (fully in-office) until end of September, potentially longer
