About the Role

As an Intermediate to Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll work on enterprise-scale, technically challenging software engineering projects for one or more client organizations. You'll build scalable applications and solutions that address real client problems, contributing across the full software development lifecycle—from solution design through implementation and deployment.

You'll collaborate with engineering teams in Canada and India while working with modern technologies including TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, and Microsoft Azure to deliver high-quality software solutions.

As an Intermediate to Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll contribute throughout the software development lifecycle—from solution design through implementation and deployment. You’ll work directly with business stakeholders, collaborate with engineering teams in Canada and India, and leverage AI-assisted development practices to build scalable, high-quality software using TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, and Microsoft Azure.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7+ years of professional Full Stack development experience

• Strong experience with TypeScript

• Backend expertise using Node.js and NestJS (or similar frameworks)

• Strong frontend development experience with React and Next.js

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

• Familiarity with Docker and Dev Containers

• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with stakeholders

• Experience using, or a strong interest in adopting, AI-assisted development tools

Bonus If You Have

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

• Consulting or professional services experience

• Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams

• Experience building AI or LLM-powered applications

• Familiarity with Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, or prompt/context engineering

• Open-source contributions or personal technical projects
