As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading industrial construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. You will plan, organize, and direct daily construction operations, develop and monitor project schedules, manage subcontractor scopes and documentation, prepare and negotiate contract revisions and changes, and oversee job costs, forecasting, billing, and receivables. You will also act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and field resources while supporting workforce and equipment deployment acrossplex industrial scopes. This role will suit a driven, detail-focused professional who enjoys technical project delivery, relationship-building, and working in a collaborative, fast-paced industrial construction environment.What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring 7–10 years of applied project management experience within an industrial construction environment, ideally with exposure to heavy industrial structural and mechanical systems, process piping, ports, terminals, bulk material handling, and multidisciplined trade scopes. You will be confident managing subcontractors and vendors, reviewing contract documentation, preparing construction schedules, purchase orders, and technical documentation, and overseeing project financials. The ideal candidate will have a P. Eng, Applied Technologist designation, or equivalent trade experience, with the PMP designation considered an asset. Strongmunication, leadership, organization, problem-solving, risk management, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite. A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are also required.What you'll get in return
