Black & McDonald is currently seeking a Mechanical Foreman to join our Construction team in Vancouver! If you are a hands-on, customer service-oriented, and technically-inclined professional searching for the opportunity to build a solid foundation for your career, this position is for you. The Mechanical Foreman position is located in Vancouver, BC and typically reports to the Project Manager.
The Mechanical Foreman is responsible to provide support in the management of field construction within the mechanical trade on a mechanical project(s) including planning, organizing, directing and controlling various aspects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget. They will manage labor and subcontractor schedules, safety, quality, and keep the Project Manager well-informed of progress, discrepancies, and any impacts to the project plan. Wages are in accordance with the UA Plumber & Pipefitters Local 170 Standard ICI Agreement Commercial Rate Schedule. Total Monetary Package of $73.77/hr – $76.52/hr (depending on experience and trade certifications).
