DAVIDsTEA is a Canadian company founded in 2008. We’re best known for our incredibly welcoming staff, our unparalleled customer service, our modern design, and, of course, our extensive collection of exceptional, exclusive teas and accessories.
Why do people love working for us? Because we have the most enthusiastic and dedicated employees around. Our customers always leave with a smile on their faces; you’ll teach them all kinds of cool facts about tea and help them find their favorite blend, all while cracking jokes and having fun. And you’ll fall madly, hopelessly, and forever in love with tea. Is there a more wonderful job? You’ve been warned.
We’re looking for an innovative and passionate Store Manager (interim) for our store!
As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of your store and the development of your team, providing top-notch customer service, introducing hundreds of new customers to the wonderful world of loose-leaf tea, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile.

Oversee daily operations and effectively delegate tasks to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and internal policies for beverage preparation and workplace safety.
Work closely with the District Manager to develop and implement store-specific strategies.
Establish DAVIDsTEA as a community partner; build relationships with local businesses and participate in local events.
