Working alongside transportation planners, traffic engineers, designers, and data specialists, you will help deliver innovative, sustainable, and practical mobility solutions for both public and private sector clients. We value individuals who combine their existing expertise with a willingness to develop new skills and contribute to innovative solutions that keep pace with industry trends.

  • Client & Business Development

    • Support proposal preparation, interviews, and business development initiatives.
  • Leadership
    • Mentor junior staff through technical guidance, project delivery, and client development.

  • Experience with traffic simulation, planning, GIS, and design software (e.g., Vissim, Aimsun, Visum, SIDRA, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation) is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with modern safety concepts and performance evaluation methods, including Vision Zero, the Safe Systems Approach, the Highway Safety Manual (HSM) predictive method, and surrogate safety analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational skills to balance the delivery of multiple projects with ambitious timelines while also performing as a key resource for various needs and issues that may arise
  • Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, lead projects, and contribute to business development initiatives.
