Contrôleur adjoint – Saint-Laurent

Les Services Kelly recrutent pour l’un de leurs clients, une entreprise en pleine croissance spécialisée dans le développement et la fabrication de produits pharmaceutiques pour la santé animale, un(e) Contrôleur adjoint pour joindre son équipe à Saint-Laurent.

Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein, avec un horaire de 5 jours par semaine en présentiel.

Nous recherchons une personne qui possède une solide expérience en comptabilité, qui aime apprendre, qui est proactive et qui se démarque par sa bonne attitude, son esprit d’équipe et son désir de se développer dans un environnement en croissance.

Vos principales responsabilités

• Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles ainsi qu’à la préparation des états financiers.
• Effectuer et superviser la comptabilité analytique, incluant les coûts standards, l’évaluation des stocks, le coût des ventes et l’analyse des écarts.
• Superviser les comptes clients, comptes fournisseurs, immobilisations et écritures comptables.
• Participer aux prévisions de trésorerie et aux activités bancaires.
• Collaborer au processus budgétaire, aux prévisions et à l’analyse des écarts.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des opérations, de la R&D et des ventes afin d’identifier les facteurs ayant un impact sur la rentabilité.
• Maintenir et améliorer les contrôles internes, les politiques comptables et les procédures de conformité.
• Participer à la coordination des audits externes et aux activités fiscales.
• Contribuer à l’optimisation du système SAP, à l’automatisation des processus comptables et au développement des rapports et KPI.
• Assurer le suivi des dépenses CAPEX/OPEX et contribuer à une gestion efficace des budgets.

Profil recherché

• Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance.
• 4 à 7 ans d’expérience progressive en comptabilité.
• Expérience en comptabilité analytique et évaluation des stocks, idéalement dans un environnement manufacturier.
• Expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique, un atout.
• Bonne connaissance de SAP, particulièrement des modules FI/CO, un atout important.
• Excellente maîtrise d’Excel.
• Expérience avec les audits, les contrôles internes et la coordination fiscale.
• Excellentes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de communication.
• Capacité à travailler avec différents départements et à collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles.

Conditions

• Salaire : 100 000 $ à 130 000 $ par année, selon l’expérience
• Poste permanent à temps plein
• Horaire : 5 jours par semaine
• Travail 100 % en présentiel à Saint-Laurent
