About the Role Are you an experienced educator, teacher, trainer, facilitator, or learning professional interested in applying your transferable skills in a new professional environment? We are seeking an experienced Education & Learning Professional to support communication, client engagement, and business development activities within an online environment. This remote opportunity is suited to professionals who are confident communicators, enjoy working with people, and are comfortable working remotely. About Us We operate in the personal development and leadership education sector, providing online programs and learning experiences designed to support personal and professional development. Our business has an international presence across Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and North America. Key Responsibilities Communicate and build professional relationships with prospective clients. Support client engagement and follow-up activities. Communicate through phone, email, and video calls. Participate in ongoing professional and leadership development. Use established systems and processes to manage agreed activities. Work independently while collaborating with a broader team when required. About You You may be well suited to this opportunity if you: Have a background in education, teaching, training, facilitation, or learning and development. Have good interpersonal skills. Enjoy connecting and communicating with people. Manage your time effectively. Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Have a professional and solution-focused approach. Experience and Skill Five or more years of professional experience in education, teaching, training, learning and development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational and time-management abilities. Important Information This opportunity is offered on an independent contractor basis and is not a traditional salaried employment position. Compensation is based on the services provided and individual performance. Estimated earnings range $50,000-$120,000, without a cap. Further details regarding the compensation structure will be provided during the application process Applicants must be legally entitled to work in their country of residence.
