We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized Payment Operations Specialist to join our in-office team in Montreal. In this role.

Process merchant account updates and repricing
Manage operational workflows
Collaborate across departments
Support projects
Help improve internal processes

Traiter les mises à jour de comptes marchands et la révision des tarifs,
Gérer les flux de travail opérationnels,
Collaborer avec différents services,

Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus internes
2 to 5 years of experience in operations or payments
Excellent attention to detail
Microsoft Word/ Excel proficiency
Comfort learning multiple platforms.
Merchant services or T-SYS, Fiserv, Elavon, Repay experience is a plus
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are preferred.
Language Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as external partners who are based in the US.
