En vertu du règlement 521-01 (Collecte de renseignements personnels) tel que amendé par le règlement 298-25, toute personne employée auprès du CSPNE doit fournir un relevé de ses antécédents criminels émis six (6) mois avant d’entrer en fonction. La détermination du type de relevé de ses antécédents criminels, soit, la vérification des antécédents criminels avec vérification auprès du secteur vulnérable ou la vérification de casier judiciaire et d’affaires judiciaires sera communiquée à la personne retenue pour le poste. Cette soumission s’agit d’une condition essentielle d’emploi.
