Job Description

About the opportunity

Xplor is building a high-impact Transformation team to drive strategic change across the business. As Analyst / Senior Analyst, Transformation, you will play a role owning the analysis and executing discrete workstreams — spanning business integration, systems and process modernization, and the practical application of AI across customer-facing functions. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will help bring structure, rigor, and momentum to work that is foundational to Xplor's next phase of growth.

This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, with the potential for extension. The Transformation team is designed as a proving ground: our hope and intent is that, at the end of the term, you'll move into a functional leadership role elsewhere in the business — bringing the relationships, context, and credibility you've built with you. Many of the skills and the visibility you'll gain here are hard to get anywhere else in the organization.

A core thread of this role is helping shape how AI reshapes customer-facing work at Xplor — rethinking how customer support, customer success, and sales operate in an AI-enabled world. You won't just support this shift; you'll help design it.

You'll work across a mix of transformation initiatives that could include things like integrating newly acquired businesses, modernizing core systems and tools, and applying AI to reshape how customer support, success, and sales operate.

Depending on scope, your work may span:

  • Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes.
  • Lead the transformation agenda for one or more assigned business functions.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, define future-state solutions, and translate strategic priorities into sequenced execution plans.
  • Recommend project design, priorities, resources, vendors, and implementation approaches to the Chief Transformation Officer.
  • Define project scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, success measures, and governance.
  • Lead internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contracted teams while maintaining accountability for delivery.
  • Design and implement AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models in partnership with internal and external teams.
  • Develop financial models, business cases, data analyses, and performance measures to guide decisions and evaluate results.
  • Identify risks, organizational impacts, and delivery barriers early, working across functions to resolve them.
  • Prepare clear progress updates and recommendations for the Chief Transformation Officer, CEO, and senior leadership.

For this position, we're open to remote candidates in Canada, provided you have full working rights for the region.

The average base salary pay range for this position is $138,000 - $166,000 CAD

Qualifications

What would make me a good candidate?

We are looking for curious and empathetic people. We also love to hear from people who are motivated by meaningful work, resonate with our four core values, have a positive outlook, are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive working in an ever-evolving and complex environment. We are inspired by meeting big picture thinkers and doers, people who can be both tactical and strategic, aim high and put people first in everything they do.

Required Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical role.
  • A track record of taking ownership of workstreams within larger cross-functional programmes. SaaS and/or payments experience is a plus.

Core Skills

  • Project management: able to structure and drive complex initiatives with multiple moving parts.
  • Financial modelling: comfortable building and interrogating models to support business decisions.
  • Change management: skilled at helping organisations adopt new ways of working.
  • Stakeholder management: able to influence and align across all levels of the organisation.
  • Problem solving: strong, structured analytical thinking under ambiguity.

Leadership

  • A collaborative, low-ego operator who builds trust quickly.
  • Comfortable working across strategic and detailed execution levels.
  • Able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and frontline teams alike.

At Xplor, we believe the best innovation and ideas happen at the intersections of our differences — across cultures, generations, disciplines, and lived experiences. So even if you do not tick every box, we still encourage you to apply.
