The expected salary for this role starts from $44,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications plus bonus component.

About the opportunity...

As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position will be to champion and oversee the vehicle lease portfolio. Specifically, the position will be responsible to:

• proactively identify and realize new vehicle sales opportunities within the assigned lease portfolio accounts
• perform prospect calls to customers/sales leads to establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships; maintain a detailed lead sheet/report with contact and communication results
• generate appointments for vehicle sales through the current lease portfolio
• support sales Consultants with lease vehicle buyout transactions
• demonstrate strong follow-up abilities
• actively communicate with the customer(s) to identify and discuss vehicle needs and wants; offer alternative options to customer based on information gathered
• qualify customers/buyers by understanding their vehicle requirements and interests, and match interests to various vehicle makes and models
• present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and advantages; explain vehicle performance; showcase optional vehicle equipment
• explain the terms and conditions governing long-term leases, as compared to traditional purchase arrangements, based on customer needs
• ensure all lease retention activities are compliant with dealership policies and legal requirements
• participate in training and development opportunities to stay current with the latest trends and technology within the automotive industry

About you...

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in dealership facility, including:

• 5 years of proven experience in customer service
• Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
• proficiency in working with ERP systems (i.e., CDK/Reynolds)
• valid OMVIC License
• Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• ability to maintain professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• a proven commitment to quality of work
