Whitewater is seeking prep cook(s) extraordinaire who understands the flow of the kitchen, is detailed oriented, great knife skills, and a team player. You will be responsible for ensuring that chefs and the lines have the necessary ingredients at hand to ensure an amazing food service in the Back of the House which we call the "Heart of the House".
You’ll be part of the world-class culinary team with the primary goal of providing exceptional food and service. This position is for you if you want to work in a supportive, energetic, and cohesive team environment. Focusing on the origins of the successful Whitewater Cooks series, and utilizing locally produced products as much as possible, it’s unlike any other resort kitchen in the world! Minimum Qualifications: 6 mths - 1 year of experience in a restaurant or cafeteria and Food Safe Level 1.
